The "Antique Review" magazine

The magazine has been published since 2000. This is the first professional edition dedicated to questions of antique market. The "Antique Review" magazine covers the following headings: painting, arts and crafts, legends of XX century, museums and collections, forgotten names, material culture, arts epoch. Many new categories of antiques are appeared and this has an effect on magazine. There are rubrics dedicated to ascription, technological examination, history of collecting. Magazine tells also about modern art, it discovers new names and remembers wrongly forgotten ones. The magazine became popular not only among professionals, but among antiquarians, art critics, museum specialists, collectors and culture amateurs. Our writers and scientific consultants are the leading specialists of the State Tretiakovskaya Gallery and the State Museum of fine arts named after A.S. Pushkin (Moscow), the State Hermitage and the State Russian Museum (Saint-Petersburg) and other big museums of Russia and abroad, experts of the Ministry of Culture, specialists of archives and libraries, well-known collectors and so on. The magazine is distributed in museums, auction houses, antique shops and galleries, in biggest bookstores of Moscow and St. Petersburg. Subscription is also carried out all through Russia. The magazine was rewarded with diplomas of antique fairs and jeweller's exhibitions. In 2003 it was decorated with the order of Carl Faberge of the Third Class.
